Equipped with advanced medical devices, an AI-powered assistant for intelligent triage, and real-time teleconsultation, the Pod connects patients directly with doctors in real time. It helps organizations expand healthcare access to underserved and high-traffic areas, enhance operational efficiency by reducing crowding and unnecessary ER visits, and generate new revenue opportunities.
The Telehealth Pod functions as a self-service station that enables patients to measure their own vital signs with on-screen visual and audio guidance. The medical devices used for these measurements are FDA-certified and embedded within the Pod’s body, making them easy to use and ensuring accurate results.
It measures blood pressure, blood oxygen, body temperature, pulse rate, height, and weight with precision and consistency. Patients can also retake their vital signs during the teleconsultation stage, either in the doctor’s presence or beforehand.
The AI-Triage Assistant intelligently collects and analyzes patients’ vitals, symptoms, and medical history through smooth, human-like conversations. It shares this information with doctors in real time for faster and more accurate diagnosis. Moreover, the AI Assistant continues to operate during the teleconsultation, taking real-time notes to support doctors throughout the session.
The Telehealth Pod connects the patient instantly with the next available doctor through secure, high-quality video consultations. The doctor can view patients’ real-time vitals, medical history, and AI-generated notes for faster, more accurate diagnoses.
With two-way audio and video, the doctor can ask patients to retake specific measurements on the spot, while the AI continues to capture notes. Once the session ends, a detailed medical report is automatically generated and securely shared with the patient.
